Ya la that day my heels got caught in a groove and I almost tripped
but never
But my leg was bent in an awkward position and I think I hurt it
coz every time I bend my knee it hurts
So yesterday go Tie Da lor. KNS when she massage the 'Jin' I
wanna cry
Then she went to kiap it with the suction thing I cried

Now my leg the entire 'Jin' is damn sore and the suction part
all blue black liao :(
